Barista/Cashier(FULL-TIME)

Duties Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, beverages, and light food items with precision and care Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cash register operation, change calculation, and balancing at shift end Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the café area, adhering to proper food handling protocols Assist with food preparation and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all tasks are completed with professionalism and speed Requirements Previous barista experience or coffee industry background preferred; strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and café operations Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work full-time hours including weekends and holidays as needed Prior experience in food service or retail environments is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential Join us in creating a lively atmosphere where every cup served contributes to an exceptional customer experience!
