Job Description
Duties Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with food preparation and handling as needed Follow all health and safety guidelines Qualifications Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred Knowledge of coffee and espresso preparation techniques is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
