Responsibilities Prepare a variety of coffee drinks and beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide friendly, attentive service to enhance their experience Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for change Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling and food preparation procedures Assist with food service duties such as serving snacks or light meals when needed Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Experience Prior barista experience in a café or coffee shop environment is preferred Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Experience operating POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Strong math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with food industry standards related to serving, food preparation, and food safety practices Join us in creating a lively atmosphere where great coffee meets exceptional service!
