Barista - Café Jackson Hole We're looking for an experienced barista to join our team at Café Jackson Hole, a cozy, fast-paced café built for locals and visitors to feel at home. What we're looking for: 1-2 years of barista experience (required) Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Team player mindset — reliable, respectful, and accountable Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills Someone who can connect with customers, build relationships, and turn first-time guests into regulars What you'll do: Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso drinks consistently Maintain speed and accuracy during busy hours Provide warm, welcoming service to every guest Engage with customers — learn names, remember orders, and create a community vibe Keep the workspace clean, organized, and efficient Support team members and help maintain a smooth workflow Our standard: We aim to be a cozy, welcoming café where people don't just grab coffee — they stay, connect, and come back.
