Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender, where your energy and passion for exceptional service will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment, your expertise will elevate every guest interaction and contribute to the vibrant energy of our venue. Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures Monitor alcohol consumption levels responsibly, ensuring guest safety and adherence to legal drinking age regulations Assist in setting up for special events like banquets or catering functions, providing excellent service throughout Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with food industry software is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and professionally Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in hospitality environments; prior nightclub or catering experience is advantageous Familiarity with brewing processes or beverage crafting techniques is a bonus Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel valued and entertained!
