Mix and serve drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Manage POS systems Aldelo POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling with precision. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area, dining space, and during food handling. Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth service flow. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations, and process payments securely. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols at all times. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring a welcoming environment. Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including nightlife settings such as nightclubs. Familiarity with POS systems like Aldelo POS/Pay Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent communication skills coupled with basic math proficiency for cashiering and cash handling tasks. Previous experience in serving, bartending, or host/hostess roles is highly desirable. Culinary or kitchen experience is a bonus for supporting food prep or assisting kitchen staff when needed.
