Bartender/Server

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist in catering events and banquets as needed, contributing to a seamless service experience. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Clean and prepare bar and restaurant for daily service. Take orders and serv food to customers. Experience Previous bartending/serving experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Experience in restaurant or hospitality settings is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of catering practices is a plus, especially in banquet settings.
