Inspired by Japan's Jazz Kissa culture and brought to life in Birmingham, The High Dive is a place built around music, connection, and craft. Every element—from the acoustics to the cocktails, from the lighting to the records spinning—works together to create a timeless, transportive experience. Chef Sean Brock'smenu pairs with a bar program that's equal parts classic and timeless, where every pour, garnish, and sound wave is considered. The High Dive isn't about flash—it's about feel. About the Role As part of the Bar Team, you'll help define the energy and rhythm of the lounge. Whether you're mixing cocktails, curating spirit recommendations, or supporting behind the bar, you'll bring focus, style, and authenticity to every interaction. You're part of the show—but in the most genuine, grounded way possible.What You'll Do:
Craft and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer with precision and personality Provide thoughtful, engaging service that complements the lounge's musical atmosphere Collaborate with the bar, kitchen, and floor teams to ensure seamless service flow Maintain bar setup, organization, cleanliness, and stock levels Uphold standards for consistency, presentation, and guest experience Contribute to beverage development and seasonal menu ideas Create an environment where guests feel welcome, seen, and inspired to returnWhat We Offer:
