Duties Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Provide attentive customer service by checking on guests regularly, addressing special requests, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems, process payments, and give correct change while managing cash handling responsibilities. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred Familiarity with POS systems is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously while maintaining quality service. Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling techniques, and basic math for cash handling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in fast-paced environments.
