Server/Bartender

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system, ensuring timely and precise entry Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently while maintaining accuracy in transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food handling standards Assist with food presentation, serving dishes promptly and professionally during busy hours or special events Collaborate with all staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and uphold high-quality service standards Use upselling techniques to maximize sales Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems preferred for efficient order processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours while maintaining quality service Basic math skills for cash handling Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety Experience with banquet service or catering environments is a plus for special event support Familiarity with brewing processes or restaurant experience enhances your ability to serve a variety of beverages confidently Join us to create memorable experiences for our guests!
