Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink. Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub hours or large banquet events. Restock bar supplies promptly, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, to keep up with high demand. Handle cashing out customers with accuracy using retail math skills and cash handling procedures. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for seamless transactions. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle inquiries professionally. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus, demonstrating versatility in serving large groups or special events. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing. Knowledge of the food industry trends including brewing techniques or beverage crafting is advantageous.
