Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Take accurate food and drink orders using POS system. Provide attentive table service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations to enhance their experience Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures while maintaining balanced registers Maintain food safety and food handling standards by adhering to health regulations during serving and food preparation processes Manage time effectively during busy shifts by prioritizing tasks such as serving multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while delivering exceptional customer service Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse needs professionally Effective time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and managing tabs accurately Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety and compliance with health regulations Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within legal guidelines.
