Flexible — primarily evenings and weekends About Us The Dirty Olive is a boutique cocktail lounge in the heart of Huntsville. We're a small, tight-knit operation built around great drinks, genuine hospitality, and a vibe that keeps people coming back. We take our craft seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. The Role We're looking for a bartender who can hold down the bar confidently, build relationships with guests, and execute a cocktail menu consistently and efficiently. If you thrive in a fast-paced evening environment and genuinely enjoy the craft, we want to talk. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer to menu spec with consistency and care. Operate our Toast POS system for order entry and payment processing. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times. Verify IDs and monitor guest consumption in compliance with Alabama ABC regulations. Handle cash and card transactions accurately and balance your drawer at close. Communicate with management and support staff throughout your shift. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. Prior bartending or bar support experience preferred. Familiarity with classic cocktails and spirits. Comfortable working nights and weekends. TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification is a plus.
