Bartender Reports to: Director of Food & Beverage; Director of Restaurants;
Food & Beverage Manager Department:

Non-Exempt Job Summary The Bartender is responsible for delivering top-tier service to our members and guests within the Club's dining and bar areas. This role involves taking orders, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintains a bar product and supplies inventory system for: Alcoholic beverages including wines; Non-alcoholic beverages and mixers; glassware; and paper and other bar supplies. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of bar areas, glassware and equipment through regular inspections. Maintaining and training of food and beverage point of sale system and make sure all guest tickets are accounted for by the end of each shift. Direct member contact ensuring member satisfaction as well as handles complaints from Club members, guests and others. Assists with private parties and service in food and beverage outlets when necessary. Keeps current with changing member preferences and industry trends. Performs other appropriate assigned duties. Regular and prompt attendance.
Requirements:
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to provide excellent customer service in a high-paced environment. Must adhere to local and state alcohol service laws. Must possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing activities practices. Must have the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, etc., of the Club's operations. Must be available to work flexible shifts and overtime if necessary. Must be available for emergency and scheduled work requirements on evenings, weekends, or holidays.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree in field or minimum 3 years' experience. Some management or supervisory experience is helpful. Previous experience as in a similar role or industry is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 30 lbs. Requires long periods of time standing; frequent bending.
