The Hours of Operation are Monday thru Friday 3pm- 10pm, Saturday-Sunday 10am-10pm. Greet guests warmly and efficiently take food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Serve food promptly and accurately, maintaining high standards of food safety and proper handling procedures. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately during shifts, including processing payments and giving correct change. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Engage with guests to enhance their experience through attentive service, upselling menu items, and addressing any special requests or concerns. Collaborate with team members during busy nights or events such as private parties or live band functions to ensure seamless service delivery. Skills Experience in food service or hospitality roles is good but a happy disposition and great attitude is better! Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously without compromising quality. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. If you don't have, you will have to get a Jefferson County Server's Certificate.
