Server/Bartender

Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender/Server you will be responsible for crafting beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with guests to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere while providing excellent customer service. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing the cash register. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Assist with food service as needed, including food preparation and serving. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure stock availability. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to enhance the overall dining experience for guests. Requirements Proven or a related role within the food industry is preferred. Strong guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service excellence. Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Knowledge of fine dining standards is a plus, along with familiarity with various drink recipes and preparation techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
