Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using Toast POS systems. Engage with guests warmly, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards. Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, processing payments, and balancing registers at shift end. Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food service during banquets or catering events. Keep track of inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Uphold all health regulations related to food safety, alcohol service, and general cleanliness standards. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred. Experience with POS systems such as Toast POS is a strong advantage. Demonstrated ability in sales, upselling drinks or food items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours. Knowledge of food safety practices, beverage preparation techniques, and proper food handling procedures.
