Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing friendly, attentive service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Take food orders from guests at tables or at the bar, communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Manage POS systems. Upsell menu items to increase sales while providing knowledgeable recommendations about drinks and food options Handle cash transactions accurately. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their experience, promptly addressing any concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude. Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not necessary. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that energizes the team and delights guests Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking between serving food, drinks, and handling transaction Strong communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with team members across shifts in a hospitality setting Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks associated with serving duties We pride ourselves in taking care of our customers.
