Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure they are not intoxicated or disruptive
• Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints promptly

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant, banquet, or hospitality setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
• Familiarity with retail math for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
• Excellent sales skills to upsell and promote drink specials or menu items
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize customer needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and coworkers
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to follow proper food handling procedures
• Must be at least 21 years old
