Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Barback and become the backbone of an energetic nightlife and hospitality environment! In this vital role, you will support bartenders, servers, and the entire venue by ensuring a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and cared for. Pay Is $5.00 a hour plus tips, You take home cash nightly. Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware efficiently throughout your shift Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and disposing of trash Support food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks or preparing simple bar snacks when needed Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes from the bar and dining areas promptly Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders or assist with cashiering duties when required Help set up and break down the bar for events, banquets, or nightly service shifts Requirements Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience working in nightclubs, banquet settings, or hotel food service is advantageous Strong cleaning skills to maintain hygiene standards at all times Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and confidently Excellent communication skills to interact positively with team members and guests Previous barista experience or serving background is beneficial but not mandatory Must be adaptable to a fast-paced environment with flexible hours including nights and weekends Join us as a Barback to be part of an energetic team that thrives on creating memorable guest experiences!
