Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a lively environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure guests have memorable experiences, whether they're enjoying a casual meal, celebrating a special occasion, or unwinding at the bar. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and relay orders efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, bar stations, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities Monitor guest needs during their visit, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests with professionalism Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings Familiarity with technology typically found in a restaurant environment. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods Proven customer service skills with the ability to create welcoming environments for diverse guests Experience in serving alcohol responsibly, including knowledge of food safety and food handling protocols Knowledge of food industry standards related to catering, food safety regulations, and beverage service Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
