Bartender and Server

Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Square and deliver prompt, friendly service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining spaces in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties for tabs, payments, and receipts. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations to enhance their experience. Assist with food service during busy periods such as banquets or nightclub events, ensuring timely delivery and setup. Support team members in maintaining a lively atmosphere while adhering to responsible alcohol service policies and food handling standards. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems like Square for efficient order processing and sales tracking. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously without sacrificing quality. Solid customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests. Familiarity with food safety practices, proper food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals. Experience in bartending and serving environments is a plus.
