This is a fast-paced golf course adjacent restaurant and bar. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, offering personalized recommendations and building rapport to enhance their experience. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including specialty drinks, wine selections, and food pairings to assist customers effectively. Operate POS systems (Toast) for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies to promote a safe environment for all patrons. Manage time efficiently during busy shifts by prioritizing orders, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the bar area. Collaborate with team members to support event catering, banquet service, nightclub operations, or retail sales when needed. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant.
