Manage multiple orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring accurate billing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or event settings. Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and glassware as needed to ensure smooth service flow. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering, banquet, or special event service requirements. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail math and basic math skills are essential for accurate cash handling and sales tracking. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong time management skills to handle high-volume service periods efficiently. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests positively. Ability to perform serving duties confidently while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Previous restaurant experience or food industry background preferred; experience in brewing or catering is a plus. Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation are vital for success in this fast-paced environment.
