Bartender Server

We're looking for a dynamic, guest-focused Server/Bartender to join our team at Mothership. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in delivering a high-quality dining and bar experience. You'll be responsible for providing full table service while also preparing and serving beverages—including cocktails, beer, and wine. What You'll Do Deliver attentive, friendly, and efficient full-service dining experiences Take food and drink orders, make recommendations, and ensure guest satisfaction Prepare and serve cocktails, pour beer, and serve wine with consistency and accuracy Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas Work collaboratively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service Handle payments and operate POS systems accurately Uphold all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Basic knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine (or willingness to learn) Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred
