In this role, you will craft delicious beverages, manage the golf simulator experience, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable visit. Your enthusiasm and hospitality skills will create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons, blending food and beverage service with entertainment hosting to elevate our guests' experience. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including , beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Operate and maintain golf simulators, providing guests with guidance on gameplay and ensuring smooth operation throughout their visit. Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash and card transactions efficiently. Engage with guests to promote food and beverage specials, upsell items, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables or guests simultaneously while maintaining high service standards. Assist in event setups such as private parties or tournaments, providing excellent catering and hospitality support. Requirements Prior experience in food service or hospitality environments, preferably with restaurant or fine dining experience. Knowledge of POS systems with basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest engagement. Experience with serving in nightclubs or banquet settings is a plus; familiarity with food safety protocols is required. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently through excellent time management skills. Basic understanding of food handling, alcohol serving regulations, and food safety standards. Previous experience operating golf simulators or in a retail environment involving sports or entertainment is desirable.
