Bartender and or Server

Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Operate POS systems (Aloha, Micros) efficiently for order processing and payment transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices. Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during banquets or catering events. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation to enhance guest experiences. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding hospitality to all guests.
