Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and food items. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events, while managing time effectively during high-volume periods. Restock bar supplies promptly, track inventory levels, and assist with catering or banquet setups as needed. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service in fine dining or casual settings, ensuring all customer needs are met promptly. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within the hospitality industry; nightclub or banquet experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse guests. Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail in drink preparation and order accuracy. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management, and accurate billing. Experience working in fine dining establishments or catering environments is a plus.
