Starting Salary:

$12.15 base salary plus tips

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Fine Dining Bartender to join our upscale culinary team. This role requires a polished professional who can deliver exceptional beverage service, craft elevated cocktails with precision, and provide a refined guest experience consistent with luxury dining standards. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of spirits, wine, and mixology, along with the poise and presence expected in a sophisticated environment. As a Fine Dining Bartender, you will serve as both a beverage expert and a hospitality ambassador—creating memorable moments through impeccable service, attention to detail, and genuine engagement with guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and spirits with expert technique, consistency, and presentation Maintain extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, modern mixology, wine varietals, and premium spirits Provide warm, attentive, and elevated service to guests seated at the bar and in the dining room Offer thoughtful recommendations and pairings based on guest preferences and menu offerings Ensure bar mise en place is fully stocked, organized, and maintained throughout service Uphold fine‑dining service standards, including proper glassware, garnishes, and beverage pacing Collaborate closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest experiences Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area in accordance with health and safety regulations Handle guest concerns with professionalism, discretion, and a solutions‑focused approach Support inventory management, including ordering, restocking, and product rotation Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented environment and uphold the restaurant's service culture

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience in a fine‑dining or upscale restaurant Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, mixology, and beverage pairings Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask gracefully in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment High attention to detail and commitment to delivering elevated guest experiences Professional appearance, polished demeanor, and refined hospitality instincts Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required A genuine passion for service, craftsmanship, and creating memorable moments
