Elliott's Steakhouse is looking for a charismatic and passionate bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in fine-dining as well as being well-versed in spirits, wine and cocktails. At Elliott's Steakhouse the quality of the product we put out is our first priority including our food, drinks and the service we provide. If you believe you would be a good fit to our team, we look forward to reviewing your application. Must have minimum 3 years Fine-Dining experience as well as extensive wine and spirit knowledge. Responsibilities Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar Support cocktail and beverage preparation tasks as needed. Communicate effectively with both kitchen staff and FOH to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by helping guests with their needs and inquiries. Requirements Previous experience in a fine-dining restaurant or upscale cocktail bar setting is required Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items as necessary.
