The ideal candidates will be responsible for creating specialty cocktails as well as learn house special cocktails. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the food industry. Starting hours are between 10am - 10pm, however hours may vary as needed as restaurant is open till 2am. You will be coming in on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only. All tips earned are for bartender to keep. Duties You're a fun and friendly person who values customers and takes absolute pride in everything you do, and helping customers with menu selections and addressing any inquiries. Communication skills are key! Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer orders and payments. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. You've got a positive attitude and understand the need to be on time, all the time. Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
