Bartender

Responsibilities:

​Responsible for serving food and beverages to guests, preparing drinks for guests, using Point-of-Sale system, training bartender new hires as needed, cleaning work areas and set up for next shift/day.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older to apply. Must have a high school diploma or GED. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and adhere to the Tribal/Gaming's Drug and Alcohol policy. Must adhere to all Tribal/Gaming Agency Personnel Policies and Procedures. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong orientation to excellent guest service. Must be self-reliant and capable of working independently as appropriate or necessary. Must have a valid Arizona Driver's License and be insurable under the Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe's auto insurance carrier. Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Must possess strong organizational skills. Must have an energetic personality. Must have Food Handlers Certificate. Must attend alcohol training class. Must be able to lift and periodically carry up to 45 lbs.

Preferred Requirements:

One year Bartender experience/education. Three-Quarter Time, benefited position, starting rate $10.00-$13.35+TIPS . Must pass a background security check prior to and during the course of employment. Open until filled.
