We are looking for professional, reliable Bartenders who enjoy creating a great guest experience, maintaining a polished bar, and working as part of a strong team. We are especially interested in candidates who may want to grow into future trainer, lead bartender, bar lead, shift lead, bar manager, or management opportunities. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, sake, and non-alcoholic beverages according to JING Scottsdale standards Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to bar guests Learn the food, drink, cocktail, wine, sake, and specials menus Maintain a clean, organized, and polished bar throughout service Accurately enter orders and process payments Communicate clearly with servers, barbacks, hosts, kitchen, support staff, and management Follow responsible alcohol service, ID verification, food safety, sanitation, cash handling, and company policies Monitor guest experience and involve management when needed Restock, clean, prep, and help maintain bar readiness before, during, and after service Support teammates during busy service periods What We're Looking For Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant preferred Upscale, high-volume, sushi, steakhouse, seafood, cocktail lounge, or nightlife experience is a plus Strong cocktail, wine, spirits, and hospitality knowledge, or willingness to learn Strong communication and guest service skills Reliable attendance and professional appearance Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient during busy shifts Attention to detail, urgency, and pride in presentation Interest in learning, improving, and possibly growing into leadership Availability for dinner shifts, weekends, and holidays preferred Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must meet applicable age requirements for alcohol service Food Handler's Certificate preferred, or willingness to obtain as required Arizona Title 4 Alcohol Training preferred, or willingness to obtain if required Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, stock, lift, and carry up to [25] lbs with or without reasonable accommodation Growth Opportunity JING Scottsdale values team members who are dependable, professional, and motivated. Pay Pay:
$12.15/hour + tips Estimated Total Earnings:
