Job Description
Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating Describe specials of the day to guests, answer questions regarding menu items, and offer suggestions when appropriate Take food and beverage orders from guests and deliver food promptly after preparation Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items as needed Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests Maintain organized workstation and side work duties Accountable for checks and cash transactions; utilize Point of Sale system Follow established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders Follow established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and general service techniques Practice tray service for all food and beverage service Incorporate safe work practices in job performance Perform other duties as required High school diploma or GED; and one year of serving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Must be at least 18 years of age to meet state age requirements for handling alcohol Demonstrates good energy and motivation Regular and reliable attendance Healthcare Benefits
