Collaborate with kitchen staff for catering events or banquet services, supporting seamless food and beverage delivery in various settings such as nightclubs or fine dining environments. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, catering environment; Familiarity with POS systems such as

for efficient order processing. Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling practices, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing procedures. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse clientele. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events; prior experience in brewing or hospitality is a plus.
