Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and energetic Bartender to join our team. As the face of our bar, you will play a key role in creating a fun, welcoming, and social atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, building relationships with regulars, and helping grow our bar program through exceptional hospitality and creative beverage service. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and can help cultivate a vibrant bar scene that appeals to a diverse clientele, including young professionals and the local college community. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards. Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Engage with guests and encourage repeat business through outstanding hospitality. Promote featured cocktails, happy hour specials, events, and other bar offerings. Assist in developing drink specials and promotional ideas that appeal to the local community. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area. Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly and ensure compliance with all liquor laws and regulations. Collaborate with management and staff to support special events, themed nights, and promotional activities. Perform opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties. Qualifications Must meet Arizona requirements for serving alcoholic beverages. Previous bartending experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong personality and customer-service mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable engaging with a wide variety of guests. Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events. Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service is a plus. Creative mindset with an interest in helping grow the bar experience and guest engagement.
