FOH Position:

Bartender

• 3 years experience required Duties Provide outstanding hospitality, going above and beyond the standard, to thoughtfully craft a personalized, elevated experience for our guests.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and facilities. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods. Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently. Follow health and safety regulations throughout service. Study and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge of menu items to better curate each guest's dining experience and protect them from any allergens. Skills Incredible attention to detail and a relentless drive for perfection. Extensive wine and liquor knowledge is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required for all positions. Minimum 3 years of experience is required for bartender positions. A passion for food and guest service, with a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Sunday availability and weekday lunch availability required.
