Job Description
Job Summary Join our team as a Bartender ! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while providing friendly and efficient service to our guests. Candidates must be reliable and dependable , have open availability , and bring a positive attitude to the team, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. We are a small bar operation , so teamwork, accountability, and strong customer service are essential. Our bar operates approximately 4-6 hours per day during service , creating a focused and fast-paced shift where organization, speed, and attention to detail are key. You will be responsible for preparing drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, monitoring responsible alcohol service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. A strong work ethic, professionalism, and the ability to work well with a small team are essential.
