Job Description
Evening & Weekend Server/Bartender Tucson Racquet & Fitness Club Tucson Racquet & Fitness Club is seeking an experienced, energetic Server/Bartender to join our team. This is an evening and weekend position in a busy club environment where members expect exceptional service, a friendly attitude, and a team that moves with purpose. This is not a stand-around-and-wait job. We are looking for someone who takes pride in hard work, anticipates guests' needs, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, member-focused team. What You'll Do Provide outstanding food and beverage service to club members and guests Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area Assist with club events, tournaments, and special functions Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth service Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately Anticipate member needs and create a welcoming atmosphere What We're Looking For Previous serving and bartending experience is required Strong knowledge of food, beer, wine, and cocktails Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and accountable Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move quickly throughout a shift What You'll Get Competitive hourly pay plus tips Complimentary club membership Flexible scheduling Opportunity to work with a fun, supportive team A loyal membership base that appreciates great service A Note About This Position We're looking for professionals who understand hospitality.
