We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to support both our guests and fellow team members. Our bartenders play an important role in the overall guest experience by preparing beverages for the dining room, serving guests at the bar, and helping maintain a clean and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards. Fulfill beverage orders promptly and accurately for dining room servers. Provide friendly and attentive service to guests seated at the bar. Verify identification and comply with all liquor laws and responsible alcohol service practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area. Restock beer, liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies as needed. Process guest payments accurately and responsibly. Assist with cleaning duties and side work throughout the shift. Work closely with servers, hosts, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure excellent guest service. Support restaurant operations during busy periods and assist where needed. Follow all company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures. Qualifications Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Ability to take direction and adapt to changing business needs. Must be able to stand for extended periods. Must meet all state requirements for serving alcohol.
