Hotel Saint Augustine is seeking a talented and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mixology, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences. This role involves crafting high-quality beverages, engaging with guests, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity.
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring excellent customer service.
Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, seasonal specials, and industry trends.
Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies, checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption.
Assist in inventory management, including restocking and ordering bar supplies.
Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to provide seamless service.
Follow all hotel safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications
Previous bartending experience in a high-end hotel, restaurant, or cocktail bar setting.
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and wine.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Certification in responsible alcohol service (TABC) required.
Availability to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Able to life moderate weight, up to 40 lbs
