Who We're Looking For:
THE RANCH
Saloon is seeking experienced, high-energy Bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced, lively environment. Our ideal candidate is charismatic, attentive, knowledgeable in mixology, and capable of delivering top-tier hospitality while maintaining the unique personality of THE RANCH
brand. Responsibilities Create, mix, and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Engage guests with genuine hospitality while taking and preparing drink orders quickly and accurately. Maintain expert knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, beers, and THE RANCH
signature beverage offerings. Recommend beverages and upsell specialty cocktails, top-shelf liquors, and craft beers. Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and proactive service, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly. Collaborate with bussers, servers, and management to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations. Monitor alcohol consumption of guests and practice responsible service in accordance with ABC regulations. Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar; uphold sanitation standards and ensure all equipment is functioning properly. Assist in setup and breakdown of the bar before and after service. Maintain a favorable working relationship with fellow employees to promote a harmonious team environment. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment Demonstrated knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation Familiarity with Aloha point-of-sale (POS) system Must possess a valid California Food Handler's Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification Flexible availability: must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to reliably commute to and from work Strong communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills A passion for hospitality, teamwork, and country music culture is a big plus Required Availability:
