Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment, your expertise will help ensure every guest feels valued and entertained. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately while providing knowledgeable recommendations on drinks and menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling and POS transactions efficiently using Toast to ensure accurate billing. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment while managing serving responsibilities responsibly. Restock bar supplies promptly to meet demand during busy shifts; assist with catering events or banquets as needed. Uphold all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies to ensure compliance and guest safety. Experience Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast for efficient sales processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally. Experience with food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
