Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits. Manage POS system (Toast) for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales recording. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end. Assist with food service and prep when needed, including serving food at banquets or catering events or during service ensuring timely delivery. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours. Skills Proficiency with POS systems (Toast) for seamless sales transactions. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume service periods. Excellent customer service abilities to create a welcoming environment for diverse clientele. Experience in bartending and/or banquet settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totaling.
