- Part-time, Full-time We are a beer tavern and have been in business in city of Arcadia since 1953.
Serving all surrounding cities. We are well known for having ice cold beer, displaying all sports on our many TV's, Karaoke nights, Live bands, tournament level pool tables. We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide our beer and malt liquor selection while providing an excellent guest drinking experience. Bartenders must understand the beer and malt liquor products we offer and be able to make recommendations to our patrons based on their taste preferences. Compensation includes salary plus tips. We have flexible hours and are open 7 days a week. Responsibilities Offer and pour beer or malt liquor to bar patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare drink Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Sell and upsell beverages by offering items from our large selection Skills Resume and proven working experience as a bartender Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Computer literacy Knowledge of a second language is a plus Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Relevant training certificate Have a understanding and knowledge of diffrent types of beer, e.g., Ipa, Hazy, domestic ,import, seltzer.
