In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service, expert drink preparation, and a welcoming attitude. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a positive experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, billing, and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards Monitor guest intoxication levels responsibly and adhere to alcohol service regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic retail math calculations. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and sales transactions Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving or food service is advantageous Basic understanding of retail math, brewing processes, or catering operations is a plus Join us to craft exceptional drinks while delivering outstanding hospitality!
