Server Job Summary:

We're looking for an energetic and experienced Bartender/Server to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating a great guest experience while preparing and serving a variety of drinks. You'll be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages and food, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and company guidelines Greet guests, take orders, and provide menu and drink recommendations Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements Handle cash, process payments, and operate the POS system accurately Restock bar inventory and supplies throughout shifts as needed Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly, professional attitude

Qualifications & Experience:

Prior experience as a Bartender or Server in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting preferred Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and different types of beverages Familiarity with food handling and sanitation standards Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients
