The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall experience of our patrons. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed. Uphold all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Skills Experience in a nightclub or bar setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Proficient in food handling techniques to ensure safe preparation and service. Excellent mathematical skills for drink measurements and cash register operations. Familiarity with catering services is a plus. Exceptional time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours. Proven sales abilities to promote specials and upsell menu items effectively. A strong sense of hospitality to create memorable experiences for guests in a lively environment.
