In this lively role, you will craft exceptional drinks, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable moments for our guests. Your energy and professionalism will elevate every guest interaction. We're looking for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about hospitality. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Manage cash handling and POS transactions Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving and adherence to alcohol service laws Restock bar supplies regularly and communicate inventory needs to management Collaborate with Security Uphold excellent customer service standards by being attentive, friendly, and professional at all times Experience Previous experience as a bartender is highly preferred, although not required. We can train the right person Bilingual Mentally tough to deal with conflict that may occur during a busy shift Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Able to work until 2:30am, 2-3 nights per week Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, drink measurements, and billing Prior experience working in the bar/food industry enhances your ability to succeed in this role Join us if you're eager to bring energy, expertise, and enthusiasm to every guest interaction.
