Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met at all times Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing procedures with precision Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy hours Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or late-night settings Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service or catering events, ensuring timely delivery of orders and proper food handling Skills Minimum. 5 years experience as a bartender with strong knowledge of food industry standards Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests confidently Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
